Resource economics deals with the supply, demand, and allocation of the Earth's natural resources. Main objective of resource economics is to better understand the role of natural resources in the economy in order to develop more sustainable methods of managing and valuating resources to ensure their availability to the future. |

Efekty uczenia się: |
The goal is teaching students how to manage utilization of world natural resources. 1. Knowledge • nature and role of natural resources in the economy • allocation, supply and demand of the Earth`s natural resources • sustainable methods of managing and valuating resources 2. Skills Students develop the ability: • to valuate natural resources disposition according continents • to valuate natural resources world disposition according kind of resources • how to manage utilization of world natural resources to ensure their availability to the future 3. Social competence Students work individually as well as in teams to develop such competences as effective cooperation, different opinion acceptance, organizing common activities. Students presentations and open discussion on selected topics in front of the class develop self-confidence and performance in public. |
Metody i kryteria oceniania: |
Valuating of student presentations on the given topic, written and oral exam. Bilans nakładu pracy studenta: - wykłady – 15 godz. - ćwiczenia – 15 godz. - egzamin końcowy – 3 godz. - konsultacje – 2 godz. Razem: 35 godz. : 25 = 1,4 (czyli 1 pkt ECTS) - przegląd obcojęzycznej literatury przedmiotu - 30 godz. - poszukiwanie źródeł i literatury do projektu - 35 godz. - indywidualne sporządzanie projektu na zaliczenie ćwiczeń – 20 godz. - przygotowanie do egzaminu – 35 godz. Razem godz. praktyczne: 120 godz. : 25 = 4,8 (czyli 5 pkt ECTS) OGÓŁEM: 6 pkt ECTS |
