Skrócony opis:	The lecture allows the students of Agriculture to know the basic problems of intellectual property. Aim of the course: Obtaining the ability to recognize subjects covered by the regulations of law and find the proper legal standard.

Efekty uczenia się:	Knowledge: Familiarization with the theme of the lecture allows the student to understand the copyright (especcialy: rights of the author, plagiarism, protection of image) and the institutions of industrial property. Skills: The student is able to conclude that it has to deal with the situation covered by the regulations of copyright and search the current regulations and then adapt their behavior. Social competence: The student knows how to proceed to aviod to violate other people's interests.
Metody i kryteria oceniania:	Final exam = solution of three cases
