Introduction to the system of phonetics, grammar and lexis of the Polish language. Teaching and developing basic skills in speaking, listening, understanding, writing and reading at A1 level (according to Common European Framework of Reference for Languages). Developing communication skills in the Polish language in very basic everyday situations. |

Classes: 1. Saying hello, saying goodbye, introducing oneself, alphabet, rules of pronunciation. Where are you from? Where do you live? Personal pronouns. Personal details. Verb be. Conjugation –m-sz- 6 h 2. Who is this? What is this? Nominative case singular. Basic adjectives. Demonstrative pronouns. 3 h 3. Who are you? What are you interested in? Professions, interests. SKILS - Understands and is able to apply simple phrases. Can formulate simple utterances in order to either acquire or convey information on everyday subjects. - Can make a simple everyday conversation on topics related to her/his interlocutor. Can introduce herself/himself and other people. Can talk about her/his family background and circle of friends. Can frame questions related to different subjects such as private life, place of living, interests, hobbies and interests, etc. and is able to answer similar questions provided that the interlocutor speaks slowly and clearly and is eager to help. - Can edit short texts for example greeting cards, notes and is able to complete forms. Effect of education for the subject IPL.A1_U01 Grade E (2,0) Does not understand basic and frequently used expressions concerning everyday life in simple communication. Grade D (3,0) Hardly understands basic and frequently used expressions concerning everyday life in simple communication. Grade C (3,5) Understands fairly basic and frequently used expressions concerning everyday life in simple communication. Grade B (4,0) Understands well basic and frequently used expressions concerning everyday life in simple communication. Grade B+ (4,5) Understands more than well basic and frequently used expressions concerning everyday life in simple communication. Grade A (5,0) Understands very well basic and frequently used expressions concerning everyday life in simple communication. Effect of education for the subject IPL.A1_U02 Grade E (2,0) Is not familiar with basic lexical and grammatical structures and does not understand frequently used expressions concerning everyday life. Grade D (3,0) Can hardly use basic lexical and grammatical structures in an independent way, hardly understands simple and frequently used expressions concerning everyday life. Grade C (3,5) Is fairly familiar with basic lexical and grammatical structures however can use them in simple communication only when guided by interlocutor. Grade B (4,0) Is well familiar with basic lexical and grammatical structures and can communicate in simple everyday situations in an independent and coherent way. Grade B+ (4,5) Is more than well familiar with basic lexical and grammatical structures and can communicate in simple everyday situations in an independent and coherent way.
