Classification of forest machines and aggregates. Control systems used in forest machines. Regulatory characteristics of the engine. Machine performance, including multi-operational machines, methods of defining it. Measurement techniques used in the operation of machines. Calculation of the costs of machinery use Operational measurements of the tractor (rolling resistance, force on the wheel, dynamic wheel radius, tractive force, radius of the turning circle); calculation based on measurements (rolling resistance coefficient, slip, etc.). Project, tractor operational calculations: rolling resistance, wheel force, dynamic wheel radius, tractive force, radius of turning circle; slip, etc. Design, longitudinal and transversal stability of the tractor (determination of the position of the center of gravity of the aggregate by the method of double weighing, determination of the critical slope angle for the tractor). Project, working resistance and performance of nursery and cultivating machines (design calculations). Power balance of the tractor in the aggregate (design calculations). Charging costs of the aggregate (basic calculations: fixed and variable costs). |

Passing the project on a grade. Assessment of group activity and skills, the participation of the positive grade from the completion of the exercises in the final evaluation is 50%. |
